This is an excellent opportunity with Heidelberg Materials being the ideal fit for us to continue the growth and development of the B&A Group business and we are very excited to see what this new chapter brings for everyone involved.
As a family business with over 30 years in the industry this is a very proud moment for us and signifies just how far we have come. It’s a huge step towards our goal in growing the business and expanding our geographical reach.

Now, joining forces with such a significant player in the industry is the perfect opportunity for us to take the business to a whole new level.

In addition, the acquisition will significantly strengthen Heidelberg Materials’ circular offering while complementing its existing aggregate and ready-mixed concrete businesses. It adds a considerable recycling platform to its portfolio, supporting the development of innovative technologies for processing waste and upgrading it for use in the construction cycle as a valuable material.
