The CIWM are dedicated to supporting organisations and professional individuals promoting excellence and best practice within the resource and waste management industry, helping businesses achieve their waste management objectives sustainably, economically & efficiently. It is a critical time for the industry, which has developed substantially over the previous few years. Becoming a Chartered Waste Manager is therefore a tremendous achievement, and one which truly reflects Helen’s commitment to her career within this exciting industry.
Helen has demonstrated her commitment to the waste and resource industry tirelessly throughout her time with us, and has earned this professional qualification wholeheartedly. Not only has she proven herself to be an excellent team member, but her individual efforts have also contributed to the expansion of the business. In this year alone she worked hard to achieve our ISO accreditation in 14001 and 9001 whilst project managing the construction of our new 11 acre recycling centre and bespoke head quarters in Severn Road, Hallen.
It is Helen’s aptitude for identifying areas for improvement within environmental and health & safety practices which will help her to become an invaluable member of the CIWM. We at Bristol & Avon Group are extremely proud of her work, and would like to wish her all the best in her role as a Chartered Waste Manager. Well done, Helen!
